Helm Mechanical played a pivotal role in Waste Management’s project in Rockford, IL: delivering process piping electrical & controls, HVAC, and plumbing for a state-of-the-art Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) plant. This cutting edge-facility converts landfill gas into high-pressure, utility-grade renewable gas, seamlessness integrating with existing transmission infrastructure. 

Leveraging expertise gained from previous RNG projects, Helm utilized advanced VDC/BIM technology to enhance coordination and accelerate installation, completing nearly 110,000 hours in just 12-months. This project underscores Helm’s ability to execute complex, fast-track initiatives with precision, reinforcing its reputation for innovation and excellence in sustainable energy solutions.
