Lee County Jail

The design team at Helm was selected to provide a complete HVAC and plumbing design for Lee County’s new detention facility in Illinois. After design phase was complete the Helm team completed stamped construction drawings. Also contracted for this project was Helm’s construction team. During construction the design team provided construction support services through duration of construction. Once the project was completed the design team provided the owner with all closeout services and final turnover. Helm’s construction team was awarded the HVAC and plumbing scopes of work which allowed for collaboration between the two team for the duration of the project.
