Wesley Willows Senior Living
Replacing the obsolete pneumatic controls system with a new BAS system was a great way for Wesley Willows to invest in the care of their residents and the facilities’ equipment. Helm Service removed the pneumatics from the central plants, air handling units, and radiant valves throughout the facilities. These were replaced with electronic, digitally controlled equipment.
Investing in these new digital controls resulted in a more reliable temperature control, reduced energy demand, and reduced downtime for repairs. Helm worked with the staff to keep the facilities occupied and uninterrupted while the work was performed. Now, maintenance personnel appreciate the value of this system being accessible at any time via computer, tablet, or phone when needed.
