Costco Morris Meat Plant

Helm was awarded and performed the Plumbing & HVAC scope of work on the New Meat Plant Facility in Morris IL.  The plumbing consists of domestic hot & cold-water piping, process, compressed air sanitizer piping, industrial waste, process waste sewer, force main waste piping, carbon dioxide, natural gas, glycol, steam & condensate, nitrogen gas & reverse osmosis piping, and plumbing fixtures & equipment.   The HVAC scope included all piping, insulation, air balancing, and duct work.  Helm also completed the steam & condensate piping system which includes piping, fittings, stacks, uni-strut, make-up water system, and accessories.
