Helm installed double-containment fuel oil piping at the Chicago Air Route Traffic Control Center.  The fuel for emergency backup generator keeps the control center operating during power failures.  Extensive phasing was required to maintain FAA operations.  Excavated materials were hauled off site and pipe was delivered daily to eliminate lay-down space and the footprint of the work.
