Helm is proud to be the largest manufacturer of construction raw materials in Northwest Illinois. With 14 quarries and gravel pits under our management, we produce top-tier aggregates through processes like dredging, drilling, blasting, crushing, screening, and washing. Complementing this, our three advanced asphalt plants deliver DOT-quality hot mix asphalt for our projects and select regional partners.

Quality is non-negotiable at Helm. Our in-house certified materials technicians develop custom mix designs and rigorously test all materials to exceed design specifications and performance standards.
